What you will be doing :

  • Preparing responsive pleadings
  • Engaging in motion practice
  • Responding to discovery or administrative charges
  • Counseling clients for employment law or some other area of law
  • Case management
  • Propounding and responding to discovery
  • Depositions
  • Preparing cases for trial
  • Managing pre-litigation disputes

Experience you will need :

  • 2 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in preparing responsive pleadings
  • Experience in engaging in motion practice
  • Experience in responding to discovery or administrative charges
  • Experience in counseling clients
  • Experience with case management
  • Experience in propounding and responding to discovery
  • Experience in depositions
  • Experience in preparing cases for trial
  • Familiarity with wage laws, leave and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour)
  • Experience in policy development
  • Experience in compliance training
  • Experience in managing pre-litigation disputes
  • Strong academic background
  • Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills
