DRILLER’S HELPER/LABORER
Resilient Drilling Services, LLCis one of the foremost leaders in environmental and geotechnical drilling in Arizona. We are currently seeking a full-time Drillers Helper/Laborer. The drillers helper will work on 2 to 3-man crews assisting the driller in all aspects of a drilling project. Work is conducted in the outdoors in all weather conditions. The work is physically demanding and rewarding. The Drillers Helper responsibilities and duties will be decided while under the direction of the lead driller and drilling manager.
Driller's Helper/Laborer Requirements:
- Reliable hardworking individual, looking to learn and improve in the trade;
- Ability to repetitively lift drill pipe and materials weighing 50 lbs. or more throughout the work day;
- Mechanical aptitude
- Complete minor maintenance and repairs under the direction of a drilling supervisor, including lubrication and cleaning of equipment;
- Load and unload trucks;
- Safely perform onsite physical labor, including shoveling drill cuttings, and transporting materials;
- Collect, correctly mark, prepare, and store samples for clients;
- Perform yard duties, to include welding, and shop duties under the direction of drilling supervisors;
- Able to perform in-state out of town overnight travel (approx. 25% annually);
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean and clear driving record;
- CDL Preferred;
- Pre-employment drug test required
- Inexperienced Candidates with a positive “willing to learn” will be taught the trade

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
