Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Support content marketing efforts by creating engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Stay informed and industry trends, workforce shortages, and competitor offerings to position the agency as the best solution.
- Present and explain the staffing agency's value proposition, emphasizing reliability, quality, and flexibility.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Negotiate and finalize staffing contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations and facility requirements.
- Help maintain the company’s social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring feedback.
Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with advertising principles and experience in advertising.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, ability to confidently engage with administrators, anwser questions, and address concerns.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Industry Knowledge- Familiarity with assisted living, home healthcare, behavioral health, or skilled nursing facility operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Networking and Relationship-Building Abilities-Comfort in attending industry events, cold-calling, and conducting in-person meetings.
- Results driven and self-motivated-capable of setting goals, following leads, and closing deals independently.
