Resilient Solutions Plus LLC , is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Project Manager with a passion for driving innovation and collaboration. The Project Manager will need to be proactive and willing to handle a variety of general administrative, project management, program management, and technical support duties and have the ability to lead a team of professionals across multiple agencies to complete tasks. The Project Manager must be able to communicate with staff and clients, make decisions and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule.
Required responsibilities for a Project Manager :
- Develop project plans that identify resource, timeline, and budgetary needs.
- Analyze and identify program task needs, work through complex issues, and communicate effectively to provide solutions to critical tasks and meet high priority deadlines
- Host project meetings with various stakeholders.
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Communicate with executives to keep the project aligned with organizational and program goals.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Perform other duties as assigned
