Key Responsibilities
- Meeting sales targets by making outbound prospecting phone calls, emails and other sales generating efforts
- Following up potential leads leaving no opportunity on the table.
- Work with team to develop new marketing and sales efforts and opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Enter and update customer information in our CRM system accurately
Communication skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively engage with prospects and convey product value.
- Ability to identify and generate qualified leads through various channels like cold calling, email, and social media.
- The skill to assess potential leads and determine if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
- Efficiently managing a high volume of outreach activities and meeting deadlines.
- The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges.
- Effectively listening to prospects to understand their needs and pain points.
- Establishing rapport and trust with potential customers.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems to manage lead information
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
- Prior sales experience, even in retail or other customer-facing roles
- Experience with lead generation techniques
- Adaptability, Persuasion skills, Coachability, Industry knowledge, and Collaboration skills.
