About us:

We are Resistant AI, a fast-moving startup where things happen quickly, and decisions are made just as fast. And what do we actually do? We protect the AI and automation systems of modern financial services from manipulation and attack. We do so by forensically analyzing everything from the documents submitted by customers to the ongoing behaviors they exhibit while using the service to uncover and prevent serial fraud, synthetic identities, account takeovers, money laundering and as yet unknown financial threats operating at scale. This is our founding team's second startup, and we closed our series A investment round led by Google Ventures, Index and Credo Ventures. Who are we looking for?

We are expanding our Solution Engineering team and looking for a Solutions Ambassador based in the US, ideally on the East Coast, in Texas, or Nashville (working remotely). This role will be instrumental in supporting our customers in the North American and LATAM regions, proactively identifying challenges, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring efficiency - both for our customers and for the company.


Who are we looking for?

  • Anticipating customer challenges and proactively delivering solutions on behalf of Resistant AI
  • Maximizing customer success and company efficiency, with clear profitability metrics evaluated quarterly
  • Preparing technical solution proposals and service recommendations based on company directives and purchase orders
  • Supporting post-sales and customer success activities for both European and US markets


What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Background in data, sales engineering, consulting, or customer service
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a service-oriented approach
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Proactive, positive personality with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
