Operating in multiple cities, we offer a smarter alternative to traditional car ownership. We are excited to announce a new program for body shops and are expanding our customer base. As part of this growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Call Center Sales Representative to help drive our success.

Position Overview:

As a Call Center Sales Representative at Resla, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and engaging customers with our products and services. This role focuses on proactive outreach, primarily through cold calling, to generate interest, qualify leads, and support our sales growth. You'll be confident, personable, and able to handle high-volume calling while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification: Make outbound calls to potential leads who have expressed interest in long-term rentals through online forms. Qualify leads, address initial questions, and schedule follow-up calls or pass leads to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to auto-body shops across various regions to introduce Resla's new auto-body shop rental program, highlighting the value and benefits.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM system. Track follow-up actions and ensure timely communication with leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly tone during all interactions, representing Resla's brand with excellence and enthusiasm.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Operations: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to provide customer feedback and enhance outreach strategies for future calls.
  • Meeting Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call volume and lead qualification targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center, phone-based sales, or inside sales role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—able to connect with people quickly and effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable making high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and track a large volume of leads.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (or willingness to learn quickly). A positive, resilient attitude, especially when making cold calls and handling objections.
