We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Optimization Lead to join our distribution centers team. As a Process Optimization Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our distribution center operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing distribution center processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, feedback, and insights to make informed decisions on process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in process analysis, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using software such as Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
