About the Job
· Manage timing and flow of product based on replenishment needs.
· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
· Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
· Stay informed about market trends, new products, and potential vendors.
· Purchase products within established guidelines and take advantage of discounts.
· Act as backup to buyer.
About You
· Two years or more in a buying capacity.
· Experience in the retail/wholesale food sector.
· Strong analytical and Excel skills.
