Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm seeking to hire an 7 year attorney for one of its Florida offices. Must have litigation and trial experience in construction defect and/ or insurance defense.
This person must have proficiency in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc. Must be able to proficiently handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in Florida, additional licensure in other States is a plus.
