Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm seeking to hire a 7 year attorney for its Utah office, who works well individually and as part of a legal team.
We are seeking an attorney with significant litigation and some trial experience in bodily injury, first party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense.
This person must have proficiency in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
Must be able to proficiently handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
Motivated, self-starters need only apply. This is a remote position.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in Utah, additional licensure in other States is a plus.
