Resolian is your global bioanalytical and analytical sciences partner supporting drug development, pre-clinical, and multi-regional clinical trials.

Responsibilities:
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
- Builds relationships with customers, CRO’s, partners.
- Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn’t.
- Develop and implement plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level
- Draft quotes independently until an appropriate support group is established.
- Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers
- Manages current client relationships with emphasis on attaining new accounts.
- Expands the profile and reach of the company and its brands.
- Works closely with other sales groups, marketing, operations, and client relationship management teams.
- Present a professional sales image in all business matters
- Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
- Tracks emerging markets and trends.
- Represent RESOLIAN BIOANALYTICS at trade shows, conferences and any local thought leadership meetings/scientific forums.
- Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships.
- Helps to shape the company’s long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
- Researches and identifies new markets.
Education, Experience, Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum 3 years life science sales experience
- Scientific background preferred
- Valid Driver’s license is required for this position
- Local and national travel required for this position
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position
- Strong track record of sales success and experience developing, implementing, executing and measuring success with account plans
- Ability to work in a virtual and field-based environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively – written and verbal
- Must be able to perform all responsibilities of the position
Outcomes Required:
- Achievement of annual and quarterly targets (TBD)
- Grow sales within territory by 20% annually
- Close ten new accounts annually
- Ensure SalesForce CRM is updated weekly (Accounts, Contacts, Leads & Opportunities) to track touch points and follow-up appropriately
- Support all client visits within territory to US site(s)
Physical Demands:
- Travel as needed
- Set up and take down booth for trade shows
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours
