We’re looking for a detail-oriented and patient-focused Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our RCM team. What You’ll Do:
- Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure accurate claims processing
- Submit and track insurance claims, following up to ensure timely payments
- Maintain organized records of patient insurance details and accounts
- Manage patient accounts receivable (AR), including tracking outstanding balances and coordinating payment plans when necessary
- Collaborate with our front desk and clinical teams to provide seamless patient care
