Serving: Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Salisbury & Surrounding Areas
Pay: $16 - $18/hour (Performance-Based Increases Available)

Who We Need:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individual to connect underserved communities to behavioral health services. This role focuses on direct community engagement, Medicaid enrollment assistance, and guiding individuals through the intake process to ensure they receive the care they need.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with the community (shelters, churches, resource centers, and underserved neighborhoods).
- Assist individuals with Medicaid & insurance applications.
- Help uninsured individuals find access to available services.
- Host & attend local events to raise awareness and connect with potential clients.
- Facilitate on-site client intake to ensure they are enrolled in services immediately.
- Meet monthly client enrollment goals (50 new client leads/month).

- Experience in outreach, social services, or healthcare navigation (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Reliable transportation (you’ll be traveling locally).
