What You’ll Be Doing :
- Sales & Business Growth.
- Drive revenue and client acquisition through strategic sales efforts.

- Ensure all team members are confident in industry best practices and compliance .
- Operations & Strategy
- Oversee daily business operations , ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) .
- Implement processes that drive business success .
- Technology & Process Optimization
- Utilize CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and automation software to improve sales efficiency.
- Leverage Teachable, analytics platforms, and digital outreach tools to optimize training and lead generation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies that enhance business development efforts.
