Therapist - Community Support Team (CST) Lead

TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services (TSGBH) is looking for a motivated, licensed therapist to serve as a Community Support Team (CST) Lead . This role is a hybrid of direct client care and leadership —you will provide therapy services, oversee the CST team, create schedules, and monitor service delivery .

Who We Are Looking For :
We are seeking a licensed therapist in North Carolina ( LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC ) or a provisionally licensed clinician with supervision to lead our Community Support Team (CST) .
The ideal candidate will have :
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting or private practice
- A Master’s degree in a human services field
- Leadership abilities to supervise, mentor, and train the CST team
- A strong passion for community-based behavioral health services
Key Responsibilities :
Direct Therapy & Clinical Interventions :
Provide individual therapy to CST clients.Deliver behavioral interventions such as modeling, behavior modification, and behavior rehearsal Conduct clinical assessments and reassessments to determine treatment needs.Facilitate treatment planning to ensure each client’s needs are met effectively.CST Team Leadership & Supervision :
Drive the service delivery of the Community Support Team.Supervise all CST team members (excluding the Team Lead).Develop individual supervision plans for CST members.Provide clinical expertise and guidance to CST staff to improve intervention outcomes.Oversee team caseloads , ensuring appropriate distribution based on acuity and client needs.Conduct functional needs assessments to determine service scope and expected outcomesFacilitate weekly CST team meetings , ensuring the team remains aligned with service goals.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CST interventions, adjusting as needed.Scheduling & Service Coordination :
Create and manage the CST team’s weekly schedule , ensuring proper staffing coverage.Ensure the team is delivering services as required , addressing any gaps in coverage.Coordinate with case managers, community resources, and treatment providers to facilitate wraparound services.Compliance & Documentation :
Ensure all documentation meets Medicaid and NC DHHS service definitions .Conduct regular audits of service notes to ensure compliance with medical necessity criteria.Monitor client progress, ensuring treatment plans are followed and adjusted as neededEnsure all CST members document interventions, progress, and goals accurately .Compensation & Benefits :
