Reports To : Director of Operations
Resolute ISR, Inc. is seeking a UAS Operator / AVO, Maintainer – Level 5 to join the team.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide (Resolute Eagle Tactical UAS) FSR / UAS Operator support to the Resolute ISR, Inc. flight operations.
Assisting operations and engineering with all aspects of new product integration, implementation, and testing in both ground and flight environments, support of new integration flight tests, customer training and support, and system capability demonstration flights of production Resolute Eagle TUAS platforms at operational locations around the globe.
Periodic and routine inspection, required maintenance, and replenishment of other associated ground equipment. Proper notation of logbooks and records.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Knowledge of the Aviation industry.
High School diploma, required.
May be required to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License.
Small engine experience, a plus.
FSR Operator or Maintainer qualified on a Group 1, 2, or 3 UAS.
Minimum 1000 flight hours as a UAS operator on Group 1, 2, or 3 and a minimum of 1 OCONUS deployment as the site lead in a support of military operations.
Ability to organize and set up UAS System with no guidance.
Domestic and international travel in support of product line and customer relations is required.
Must be willing to travel with minimal notice for extended periods of time worldwide.
Prior UAV / UAS experience required.
Quattro, Vigilant Spirit, Troll, Trillium, NSP3, and / or Resolute Eagle experience is preferred
Instructor experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, work in a dynamic environment, work independently and be a team player.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading small teams.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.
U.S. Citizen with a current passport.
Ability to deploy overseas in support of contingency operations for periods of 4 months or longer.
