Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Lead Spray Foam Technician! As a Resolute Technician, you will play a key role in our company's growth by delivering exceptional spray foam applications for various projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of the spray foam process, from project preparation and material handling to application and quality control. Responsibilities:
- Project Preparation: Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, ensuring proper ventilation, and verifying all materials are ready for application.
- Spray Foam Application: Skillfully apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, roofs, and other surfaces according to project specifications and building codes.
- Material Handling: Ensure proper mixing and application of spray foam materials to achieve optimal performance and prevent waste.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality, adherence to industry standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other technicians and crew members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy working environment for yourself and others.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training programs to expand your knowledge and skills in spray foam application, safety, and new technologies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in construction, insulation, or related trades is preferred. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
