Nonprofit in the West Chicago suburbs is seeking an experienced and dynamic Development / Fundraiser to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our fundraising efforts, developing and maintaining relationships with donors, and ensuring the sustainability and growth of our programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Fundraising Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual and long-term revenue goals.
- Donor Relations : Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other funding sources.
- Campaign Management : Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Communications : Create compelling fundraising communications, including appeal letters, newsletters, social media content, and donor acknowledgments.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the organization’s database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the executive team, board members, and program staff to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
