The role is also responsible for ensuring that project teams are kept informed of the statuses of purchase orders, work orders and inventory and identifying/communicating any issues that might cause production disruption to leadership proactively.
Essential Functions
- Assist in creating master data for ERP to ensure accurate inventory tracking and costing
- Maintain accurate planning data in ERP. Use ERP Planning tools
- Manage the production schedule for assigned projects to meet the project timeline
- Obtain quotes and create purchase orders to meet the production schedule
- Create and manage work orders to meet the production schedule including sub-contracting services with suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers and the Quality Team in the event of any nonconformities
- Communicate any issues that might cause production disruption to management, including material shortages and/or non-conformances
- Attend relevant project team meetings
- Document billable time in ERP
- Assist in selecting new suppliers as needed
- Create supply chain risk assessments
- May assist in tracking supplier delivery performance using Key Performance Indicators
- Create and send forecasts to suppliers as needed
- Supports all company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems QMS)
- Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, or regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, and suppliers
- Ensures all functions engaging Resolution’s supplier base are following established ethical guidelines
Education, Experience, Required Skills
- Experience using an ERP system preferred
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- 1-3 years previous experience working in supply chain, sourcing or engineering
- Medical device manufacturing background/experience strongly preferred
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Able to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner
- Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure, and to effectively manage stress.
- Prolonged periods sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds

- Benefits and incentive compensation may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
- The typical base pay range for this role is between $60,000-70,000 year. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
- 401(k) Plan: Company-provided Safe Harbor Contribution of 3% of eligible earnings.
