Resolution Processing is seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our Technology department. This role requires managing end-to-end platform delivery : ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate’s leadership will be key in overseeing platform performance and infrastructure development, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the technical roadmap and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from conception to deployment and monitoring, establishing metrics, KPIs, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in both model performance and team operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development.
• Adept with hands-on development.
• Oversee the end-to-end operations of our platform, ensuring uptime, performance optimization, and issue resolution through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Manage and evolve infrastructure to support business growth, implementing best practices for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex data challenges while leveraging performance analytics to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the technical roadmap. Drive platform innovation, system enhancements, and integration of new technologies.
• Implement processes for continuous improvement in platform performance, infrastructure efficiency, and operational workflows.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure platform resilience and minimize operational disruptions.
• Establish and enforce data governance practices within all platforms.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with vendors providing tools and technologies related to data warehousing.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure vendor solutions align with organizational requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications :

The salary range for this role is $150,000 and $200,000 annually and can vary based on experience. Resolution Processing is an equal opportunity employer and does not use discriminatory practices in their hiring processes.

This role may require the following : positioned within a standard office environment; moderate temperatures and moderate noise levels are expected. Candidate must be able to lift 30 lbs., sit, stand, crouch, squat for periods of time.
