Job Title: File Manager

Report To: VP of Call Center Operations
Salary Range: $28.00 hourly
Resolution Processing works with its law firm customers to manage the non-legal and administrative aspects of the debt validation process. We are committed to providing exceptional service, with a strong emphasis on integrity, transparency, and client satisfaction.
We’re looking for a dedicated and personable file manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, have a proactive approach, adaptable, and organized. They must display incredible ability to build rapport with clients.
Our File Managers operate as the primary point of contact for our clients. They are responsible for continuously engaging with clients, collecting documentation, and reviewing and providing status updates to their accounts, while ensuring client files are maintained with the highest quality.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
· Maintain regular communication and updates through the client database
· Request, collect, and organize client files and documentation
· Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
· Monitor client account compliance and deadlines
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Collaborate with other departments to best serve the client’s outcome and experience
· Develop and maintain functional knowledge of the processes, services, and operations offered by the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3 years in advanced customer service and/or legal administration/contact center industry
· Microsoft Office & CRM experience
· Financial services industry experience preferred
· Proficient in computer & communication skills
· Professional experience in a sales or customer service role
· Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Organizational skills and good attention to detail

This role may require the following: positioned within a standard office environment; moderate temperatures and moderate noise levels are expected. Candidate must be able to lift 30 lbs., sit, stand, crouch, squat for periods of time.
