- We are hiring a fleet maintenance manager for a recycling center
- The fleet maintenance manager is responsible for managing departmental hiring, training, coaching, performance management, discipline, scheduling of work assignments, and overtime authorization.
- The fleet maintenance manager will maintain an ongoing preventive/corrective maintenance program which sets the standard for service excellence.
- The fleet maintenance manager will review status reports including road calls, breakdowns, parts inventory, repairs, and safety performance.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management or the equivalent of 3 years related fieldwork
- 1-4 years basic accounting, fixed asset management preferred.
- Ability to develop reports with required accounting detail, timely delivery and accuracy.
- 1-4 years of experience as a fleet maintenance manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
