- Conduct comprehensive reviews and assessments of the Authority’s existing IT systems, infrastructure (including network, hardware, software, and cloud services), and IT processes.
- Evaluate systems for performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Perform thorough gap analyses to identify current shortcomings, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
- Document findings, assessments, and recommendations in clear and concise reports, highlighting both immediate needs and long-term strategic opportunities.

- Evaluate the technical, financial, and operational feasibility of proposed IT solutions.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as an IT Consultant or in a similar role with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience in analyzing complex IT systems and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to develop IT strategies, roadmaps, and project plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, software applications, and hardware systems.
- Experience with cloud technologies and their application in a business environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
