We are seeking a Licensed Counselor to join our team at our "Hidden Oaks" inpatient addiction treatment program. Our facility is located in a beautiful rural setting 45 minutes south of Dallas in Navarro county, offering a peaceful and supportive environment for clients to begin their recovery journey. About the Role - Duties
- Provide addiction counseling in individual and group sessions
- Provide family counseling
- Develop treatment and discharge plans
- Perform biopsychosocial assessments
- Assist with screening and admission of new clients
- Prepare proper clinical documentation and monitor treatment progress
- Participate in treatment team and utilization review meetings
- Comply and promote clinical quality assurance and optimal treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address problems and promote quality care
- Attend job-related meetings, in-service and staff development training
- Any other duties assigned by the Clinical Director, within the recognized scope of the position
Qualifications
- Professional License including any one of the following: Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Completion of minimum degree and education required for the specific license held
- Texas license required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and effectively handle a case load of up to 10 clients
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage individual and group dynamics
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team setting and environment

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
