Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
- Provide legal advice on debt relief options and consumer protection matters.
- Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and related documents.
- Represent clients in court and handle all aspects of bankruptcy litigation.
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop strategies for complex cases.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Must be a resident of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer bankruptcy law.
- Strong understanding of bankruptcy code and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to client service and a passion for consumer advocacy.
