Job Description:
The Crane Mechanic is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of cranes and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair cranes and other equipment as needed
- Determine overall condition of machines through inspections
- Diagnose issues with hydraulic and electrical systems
- Restore equipment to working order
Requirements:
- Technical or associate degree in electrical engineering, electronics, diesel mechanics, or heavy equipment mechanics (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and/or passport
- Current or able to obtain a national certified Crane Operator license
- Rigging Certification
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Shipyard Competent Person Training
- Confined Space Training
- Forklift Operator License
- Inventory, asset tracking experience
- Experience with Maintenance Connection system and/or DH4 system
Travel Requirements:
Up to 30% travel is required. Additional travel may be necessary based on operational demand.
