The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of body mechanics and anatomy, paired with the creativity to design engaging Pilates programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Duties
- Conduct Classes: Lead individual and group Pilates classes, ensuring all participants receive personalized guidance and support to enhance their experience.
- Program Development: Create customized fitness programs that align with clients’ unique goals, abilities, and fitness levels, emphasizing alignment and form to achieve optimal results.
- Technique Demonstration: Demonstrate proper techniques and exercises, prioritizing safety and correct form to foster a positive learning environment.
- Client Monitoring: Track client progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their fitness objectives, motivating them to continue their journey toward strength and self-empowerment.
- Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition for a safe and welcoming experience.
- Community Engagement: Foster community spirit by promoting classes, workshops, and additional services offered by the studio, building camaraderie among participants.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other instructors to create a cohesive fitness community that encourages client retention and satisfaction, making Resolve a hub for growth, inspiration, and connection.
Skills
- Pilates Expertise: Strong knowledge of Pilates techniques and principles, with a focus on spinal movement, core activation, and balanced exercises.
- Program Design Proficiency: Ability to design programs tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a personalized approach to fitness.
- Anatomy Understanding: Solid understanding of body mechanics and anatomy to ensure safe exercise practices.
- Instruction Experience: Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients through positive reinforcement.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a supportive, nurturing environment.
