Resolve Surgical Technologies is excited to announce our 2025 Summer Internships in the Information Technology department. We are hiring 2 interns for the summer. These internships will run from May-August, in alignment with the student's schedule and availability.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The IT Intern will support the organization in providing hands-on assistance with systems, network infrastructure, cyber security tasks, and general help desk services. This position offers a unique opportunity for an aspiring IT professional to gain practical experience in various areas of IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware / software issues, maintaining network equipment, and participating in security initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist with setup, configuration, and installation of workstation and printers.
- Assists with troubleshooting and correcting all hardware and software problems pertaining to workstations and printers.
- Supports new and ongoing IT projects as needed.
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all the essential functions.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND / OR PREFERRED :
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Technical Competencies
Experience with Microsoft Systems and Applications (preferred)
Experience with Network hardware and printers (preferred)
Experience with problem solving and troubleshooting (required)
Understanding of computer hardware and applications (preferred)
Understanding of network protocols and best practices (preferred)
Behavioral & Basic Skill Competencies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
