We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our team. The psychotherapist will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will provide professional therapy services to individuals, couples, families, or groups facing emotional, mental health, and behavioral challenges. The psychotherapist will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, or other relevant methods.
- Support clients in coping with emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
- Maintain confidential client records and document progress according to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Educate clients on coping strategies, self-care techniques, and mental health resources.
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in psychotherapy through ongoing education and training.
- Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, including maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Ohio.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy or counseling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
- Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health issues.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and risk assessment techniques.
