We are seeking a full-time, experienced, and motivated Operations Manager / BA to lead our team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities.

Position Overview

The Operations Manager / BA will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing multiple departments and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources, finance, IT management, and prior experience with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
Streamline existing processes and procedures to enhance internal capacity.
Lead, motivate, and support a team.
Manage data collection and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and systems.
Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Ability to read, understand, and diagram system architecture.
Road mapping / Marketplace PI Planning / Coordination.
Operations & Maintenance Schedule Updates.
Biweekly Infrastructure Report Distribution.
Ensure tracking and completion of all recurring assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field.

Three to five years of proven success in an operations management role.

Business analytics experience.

Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control.

Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.

Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.

Prior experience at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) or in the Health IT space is required.

Human-Centered Design (HCD) Analyst experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Project Management experience

Product Owner experience

Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience

Knowledge of DevOps is helpful

Working knowledge of management software program

Strong IT skills, including database development

Experience as a Business Analyst (BA)

Must be a US Citizen

Ability to work after hours as needed
