ResolveSoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced self-starting SharePoint Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle development and support of SharePoint web applications, from design and coding to implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our SharePoint environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, modify, and support SharePoint web applications, adhering to client specifications and best practices.
- Create, review, modify, and enhance schemas and style sheets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint applications, including integrations with local web applications.
- Proactively troubleshoot development and production issues, providing timely solutions and support.
- Optimize SharePoint farm performance, including tuning functionality and editing web config files.
- Configure SharePoint settings, manage usage confirmation settings and monitor performance levels.
- Provision, administer, and maintain SharePoint sites, including managing security for site, layout, and structure.
- Develop custom web parts and web applications.
- Provide first-point-of-contact support for end-user issues.
- Manage the installation process for SharePoint sites across different environments, ensuring seamless transitions without impacting existing sites.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation.
- Independently perform complex analysis, design, and development tasks.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of proven experience in SharePoint development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, including farm administration, site configuration, and security management.
- Strong proficiency in developing custom web parts, web applications, and workflows.
- Expertise in front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, or Power Platform (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
