Support - Analyst Mid

The Digital Strategy Analyst - Promotions, will be responsible for designing and managing promotional offers to drive order volume for 7-Eleven's 7NOW New Verticals division. This individual will leverage data-driven insights to enhance promotional offer effectiveness and manage the strategic placement of restaurant partners within the 7NOW app. The role focuses on maximizing growth and optimizing 7NOW's restaurant offering to bring our customers maximum value and convenience through analytical rigor and innovative solutions. This individual will also play a critical role in developing a long-term consumer strategy and promotional campaign framework for 7NOW New Verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain a promotional offer calendar for the 7NOW New Verticals division, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute test plans for various promotional offers to assess their effectiveness in driving order growth.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future promotions.
• Tailor display ordering of restaurant partners within the 7NOW app in each local market based on consumer preferences and order behavior
• Create and implement test plans for restaurant display order optimization, tailored to specific dayparts (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
• Analyze performance data to identify high-performing restaurants in key cuisine categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotional strategies with broader growth initiatives and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Proficient in Excel and experienced with statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
