We are building our experience design team with stellar design talent who will build the next version of our mobile apps. Our team of designers are self-driven and multi-faceted in their skill sets, and together with our product and engineering teams, will be responsible for defining the customer experience of our digital products. You are an experienced UX Copy Writer / Content Strategist, and will be responsible for creating engaging and effective content and copy for our digital experiences. This includes developing user interface text, product descriptions, information, messages, and other content to ensure our products are as intuitive and friendly as possible. Research, write, and edit copy for web-based applications, mobile apps, websites, emails, banners, etc. Collaborate with designers and developers to create an effective content strategy that is consistent with the overall product design Experience working on digital products. This role sits within the product and UX organization, so a foundational knowledge of product design and UX practices is key Develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotional materials Stay up to date on current trends in UX content writing and cxontent strategy Ensure all copy is accurate, error free, and follows brand guidelines Monitor analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of copy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members Knowledgable of best practices for content in digital experiences, especially for mobile apps You are a natural collaborator, actively seeking out information and partnerships, you are able to navigate competing priorities, negotiate decisions, and advocate for what is right. A minimum of 3 years in content strategy, content design, brand and identity, marketing, copywriting, product development, mobile app design, or some other related role.
