What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treatment Provider/Case Manager II position at Resonance Center for Women, Inc.?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate substance abuse treatment groups as provided by DOC Program Services, provide individual case management, and perform other contract services as needed for Resonance reentry programs.
- Interface with correctional facilities to provide comprehensive client services.
- Maintain program files, completing written documentation in conformance with DOC and Resonance agency policies.
- Attend staffing, trainings, etc. as pertains to continued and improved job performance.
- Function as a member of the Resonance personnel team including information flow, attendance at meetings, and providing community awareness when needed.
- Provide case management status and needs as requested.
- Assist in maintaining program statistics, research information, and support development/grant-writing activities.
- Perform other duties as mutually agreed upon with the Reentry Director
- Collaborate with outside resources to assist clients in case management needs.
- Serve as court liaison when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in social work, drug and alcohol education, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice.
- A minimum of BHCM II; continuing education to maintain certification required.
- Ability to relate to target population.
- Knowledge of gender-specific, cognitive behavior, co-occurring, trauma informed, culturally competent needs and programming.
- Understanding of and alignment with the place and purpose of Resonance in the community.
- Effective communication/social skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Computer literacy (i.e., knowledge/ skill in using word processing software)

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The employee will work in a correctional facility environment. Office site is located at the designated DOC facility which may require a lot of walking and/or standing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
