What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Neuropsychologist (Per Diem W2) position at Resonance Mental Health, LLC?
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team for a per diem position to conduct neuropsychiatric assessments. There is a focus on ADHD and Autism for these assessments, but we do have a geriatric provider who may need cognitive capacity assessed as well. This position is intended to be weekends only and on an as needed basis when patients in the practice are in need of this testing. The position is productivity based for pay, but paid immediately without a delay as insurance processes the EOB.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, with a focus on providing therapeutic support to children and families. The Clinical Psychologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care while adhering to HIPAA regulations. This position is highly independent and the applicant would need to be able to function independently and confidently without supervision.
Our Practice:
At Resonance Mental Health, the journey began with a simple yet powerful idea – to prioritize the well-being of patients by offering a different approach to mental healthcare. Founded on the principles of minimalistic and integrative psychiatry, the practice is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and creating a supportive environment for all patients.
Too often, traditional mental health practices force providers to see numerous patients per hour, leading to burnout and subpar care. Driven by a desire to break free from this model, Resonance Mental Health was established. Our team believes that by taking the time for self-care and personal wellness, patients will receive the best care possible. This includes longer appointments, allowing us to delve deeper into the unique needs of each individual. Our commitment to quality care is unwavering, and our intentionally small practice size ensures that every patient receives the attention and care they deserve.
The foundation of Resonance Mental Health goes beyond a commitment to quality care; it was founded by Brianna Boulanger and is deeply personal to her. Resonance Mental Health was founded following the sudden passing of multiple of her family members in quick succession including her father. Compounded grief combined with personal philosophies on the broken healthcare system created the foundation of this practice and furthered her passion for helping others experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Without Bri’s life experiences, Resonance Mental Health would not exist today. How she practices is heavily based on her clinical knowledge combined with life experiences. She understands what it is like to walk in the shoes of someone experiencing uncomfortable symptoms. Let us walk beside you and not in front of you.
Our small practice thrives on creating an environment that you want to work in. We do not push long hours, many intakes, or circumstances that lead to burnout. There are multiple ways in which this position can be customized to your needs. We also offer ketamine when the patient has a therapist to partner with for sessions, marijuana, and supplements.
