Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs
- Develop individualized care plans to address patients' psychiatric requirements
- Administer psychiatric treatments and interventions as necessary
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure individualized and comprehensive patient care
- Provide some light mental health counseling to patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical records management
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as TherapyNotes
- Proficiency with google drive, google docs, google sheets, and google chat
