Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas and guest rooms, including lobbies, corridors, and recreational spaces.
- Monitor and restock supplies and amenities in public areas and guest rooms to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely setup and breakdown of events and activities in public areas.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- Provide outstanding customer service by being courteous, helpful, and attentive to guest needs.
- Enforce adherence to safety and sanitation protocols to uphold the resort's standards.
- Assist management by fulfilling other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the resort.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the resort's schedule.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
