Resort Realty is seeking a highly motivated, purposefully driven, homeowner recruitment and retention professional to join our growing vacation rental management team. Our Business Development Specialist will:
Recruit new homes into our program. This includes developing lead generation activities, rental projections, preparing contracts, signing owners; attending owner meetings, being involved with community based public relations, networking with real estate agents and builders, local government and attending networking events.
Be up to date on market activities and possess a strong interest in the local Outer Banks real estate market.
Visit rental homes for site inspections, property analysis, and recommendations, becoming an expert on the rental homes in the company's care.
Engage, inform and close property management transactions with a positive attitude in a goal driven environment.
This position is based in our Waves office, but can be performed remotely. Extremely flexible scheduling is one of the benefits (includes some weekend work). You will work closely with our Director of Business Development to bring top notch properties into our owner-centric program. Opportunity to grow into the Nags Head market as well.
· Must be Proficient with Microsoft Office Products/Excel and ZOOM/tele-conferencing/CRM..
NC RE Broker License required.
