We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and ensure the smooth functioning of our Maintenance, Housekeeping organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish long-term strategic plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas from team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within operations management, preferably in vacation rentals.
- Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
