About the role
We are looking for a Head of Data & Analytics who can own our data stack from end to end and drive insights from it. You'll serve as a strong partner to teams across product, engineering, and operations and ensure teams have the data we need to drive our business forward. You have experience building out data teams and understand the right way to build a data org in a fast growing startup.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $200,000 - $225,000 per year, and will be eligible for equity, commensurate with experience.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for data and analytics capabilities, processes, and tools to facilitate a variety of business use cases such as effective analysis and reporting, data science exploration and model development, and data quality and anomaly detection
- Work with stakeholders to develop reporting, build dashboards and define metrics to measure business success
- Own the data science roadmap, work with stakeholders to build out ResortPass' demand and pricing algorithms
- Ensure data is infused into the decision making of all teams at ResortPass
