About the role
ResortPass is seeking our first in-house Data Engineer. In this role, you will work along with our Product Engineering, Business Intelligence and the leadership team to drive forward our data initiatives. You will be responsible for building out and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring our data stakeholders have access to high fidelity data in a timely manner, and that it's all maintained in a high performant data warehouse.

Ultimately, you're focused on providing the tools and insights that empower the business to grow and succeed.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $160,000 - $200,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and accessibility for analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure comprehensive data instrumentation
- Maintain our data warehouse by being the primary administrator and making sure it is well provisioned and optimized.
- Promote effective self-service analytics infrastructure
