Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as the Assisted Living Facility Manager. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Provide medication/treatments to the residents as prescribed.
- Coordinate and monitor resident care plans, ensuring they meet individual needs and are updated regularly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Manage budgets, supplies, and facility resources to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits and address any areas needing improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with Maryland assisted living regulations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to resident or family concerns, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland.
- Minimum of 1 years of management experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Maryland state regulations and requirements for assisted living facilities.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
