INVESTIGATOR

Responsibilities :

• This position will also perform the duties of a Security Supervisor, as required.
• Conducts background investigations on assigned candidates for employment.
• Conducts inquiries and investigations assigned into alleged instances of malfeasance or misconduct.
• Ability to operate non-gaming CCTV System.
• Conducts themselves in accordance with Casino Control Act and DGE regulations, departmental procedures and company policies.
• Prepares detailed incident or investigation reports in a clear and precise manner.
• Reviews videotape and make composites as assigned.
• Familiarity with DGE and self-exclusion process.
• Patrol the complex to deter crime and maintain order.
• Attends and supervises Security staff assigned to special events and entertainment shows to ensure safety and security.
• Participates as an administrator for electronic Security systems, devices and equipment.
• Testifies in court or gives depositions on incidents.
• Performs all other and related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
