Responsibilities
- Attends to assigned kitchen pantry stations to prepare food items such as vegetables, fruit, sandwiches, & other cold foods according to menu portion and quality satisfactions.
- Prepares cold sandwiches, salads & juices, and other beverages as required.
- Ensures menu quality and consistency of all food items.
- Ensures kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and sanitary conditions.
- Promotes positive public relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
- Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
