**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Hospitality Specialist to join our team at Capital Vacations. As a Hospitality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service for our guests. Your role will involve maintaining a warm and welcoming environment, addressing guest needs, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction during their stay.
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
**Responsibilities:**
- Efficient and courteous operation of the front desk
- Checking guests in and out, collecting balances, making reservations, and addressing guest requests
- Answering and transferring calls with proper telephone etiquette
- Making courtesy and follow-up calls to guests, as well as sending confirmation letters
- Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Processing incoming revenue and handling financial transactions
- Performing inventory management tasks as directed
- Ordering office supplies and preparing check-in packets
- Entering maintenance and service requests promptly
- Completing any other duties as assigned
