What are the responsibilities and job description for the F&B Beverage Server position at Resorts World NYC?
Essential Functions:
- Provides excellent guest service to all guests.
- Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to restaurant customers in accordance with venue standards
- Monitors customer needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.
- Maintains a sanitary environment per sanitation guidelines.
- Uses a POS system to ring in orders, print checks, and cash out guests.
- Deals with complaints and issues in a professional, patient manner.
- Makes recommendations and maintains knowledge of all the menu items.
- Takes food and beverage orders from guests.
Performs other tasks as assigned.

Essential Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge/Work Experience:
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ABC license
- Must have a NYS Food Handlers Permit
