Job Description
The Lead/Dual Slot Ambassador is responsible for assisting Slot Supervisor with everyday routine when scheduled as a lead. This position is also responsible for trouble shooting and assisting guests with their slot machine issues and performs repair minor gaming machine malfunctions.
Essential Duties
- Explain various game combinations payouts and jackpots to guests.
- Reset Slots whenever necessary.
- Respond to all customers’ needs in assigned area.
- Render general assistance to gaming players and forwards complaints to management as necessary.
- Safeguard company assets and gaming keys.
- Replace gaming machine tickets.
- Assist customers with gaming machines where necessary and also provides directions, general information upcoming events and assists with Slot operation and services.
- Promote excellent customer service by answering patron questions, understands all marketing & property information and rendering general assistance when necessary.
- Maintain an open line of communications with superiors.
- Assist customers with player card sign ups.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Demonstrate and provide outstanding customer and employee relations at all times.
- Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, bilingual in an Asian language may be required depending on outlet and/or location. Ability to write detailed instructions and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Mathematical Skills & Reasoning Ability:
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintains reports upon request. Ability to analyze situations in a calm and rational manner and render an appropriate decision.

- The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. When on the property or some back of house areas, the noise level increases to loud. Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
- Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Work/Educational Experience
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school or equivalent diploma and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Lottery regulations
Two (2) years’ related work experience preferred.
Salary Range: $30.0137 - $40.0812
