Job Summary
As a Manager of Clinical Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our patients and unwavering support to their families. You will lead and inspire a diverse team of clinicians, including RNs, nurse aides, Chaplains, Social Workers, and Nurse Practitioners, fostering a collaborative and compassionate environment where the highest standards of care are upheld. In addition, you must be willing to take on a caseload and see patients out in the community as needed.

Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical services, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards of practice.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our clinical staff, empowering them to deliver outstanding care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient and their family.
- Conduct regular quality assurance and performance improvement activities to enhance the overall quality of care.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of hospice services and the importance of end-of-life care.
- Take on a caseload and see patients out in the community as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice or palliative care, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- A deep understanding of hospice philosophy and a genuine commitment to providing patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges.
