POSITION OVERVIEW
They are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor Electrician to lead their electrical projects with precision and excellence. As a pivotal member of the team, you will bring technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to ensure the successful execution of projects in telecommunications and technology infrastructure. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Surveying and Estimating
- Evaluate job sites to assess project scope, potential challenges, and resource needs.
- Develop accurate cost estimates and actionable plans for project execution.
- Managing and Leading Projects
- Oversee all phases of electrical jobs, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Business Knowledge & Procurement
- Navigate procurement processes to source materials and equipment efficiently.
- Manage parts inventory to ensure timely availability and readiness for all projects.
- Technical Expertise
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Create precise as-built documentation and implement solutions for complex electrical systems.
- Team Leadership
- Inspire and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Hawaii Journeyman Electrician License (required).
- Strong background in surveying, pricing, and estimating electrical projects.
- Expertise in blueprint reading, as-built creation, and telecommunications systems.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills with a focus on teamwork and operational efficiency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical parts, systems, and procurement processes.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
